IDROPRO by Kalki

IDROPRO can be considered the best because there are no changes in the treated water and in the quantity of total dissolved salts as it does not remove or add anything to the water itself. Since it is not an ion exchange treatment, like traditional softeners, the quality and total amount of salts dissolved in the water remain unaltered. By preserving the natural state and not adding any chemical compounds, it ensures that the calcium and magnesium content, important for the correct functionality of our body, remains in the water, allowing it to be drunk complete with all its minerals. The PH value of the water remains unchanged and this factor means that the treated water is suitable for many uses and there is no formation of corrosive phenomena.

The calcium ions that cause limescale pass through a bed of electronically charged ceramic spheres and are then transformed into calcium crystals. Calcium in crystals cannot bind with magnesium and therefore precipitate, creating limestone. When these crystals assume a certain size they detach from the ceramic spheres, are released into the water and are stopped by the post filter. Once the surface of use has dried, a veil of calcium crystals may appear (which is not limestone) which can be easily removed with a household cloth. Idropro not only inhibits the formation of limescale but also helps to remove previous residues accumulated over time along the pipes. During the process, Idropro interacts with the limestone surface present, producing Co2 particles and forming micro bubbles which contribute to the reduction of the bacteria present. Therefore it also acts as a bacteriostatic agent in closed spaces, boilers, pipes and crevices.
