Tropea S is in fact the first cassette in the world to be made of soundproof plastic material. A particular plastic compound, a unique Valsir recipe, has been developed within the Valsir Research and Development laboratories with the aim of making the rinse cistern container silent. Laboratory tests show that with Tropea S the perceived noise is 5 times lower than the most common built-in cisterns on the market.
Uncompromising silence even in the internal components
The internal components of Tropea S have been certified, according to ISO EN 3822, in noise class I at both 3 and 5 bar, at the prestigious Fraunhofer Institute in Stuttgart. Tropea S is the only built-in cistern on the market to have the floating tap and the stop tap certified at the top of the category, with respect to silence.
