The ducted models offer a double installation and air inlet method: rear or bottom. If the distance between the unit and the wall is limited, then you can choose the lower air inlet by removing the lower panel of the unit. The noise level produced by a lower air inlet can increase by up to 5dB compared to using a rear air inlet. We therefore recommend opting for the latter solution.

The new ConnectLife app is compatible with Alexa and Google assistant, thanks to voice interaction, it is possible to turn it on, off, adjust the temperature and set the operating mode (cooling or heating). You can find ConnectLife in the Alexa Skills and in the Google Assistant catalogue.
